Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Ibis standard"

11th January 2013

Standard Ibis hotel. 15min from the city center by car. i don´t know how frequency have bus, but looks lke a little bit far from city. Good facilities close (4km), big shoping center and IKEA. Good food, prices expensives but not for Stockholm standard. Room big, but dirty (wall, bed, roof..). Bathroom was old and give the impression it dirty, but not. It was clean. Staff was nice. Private parking lot, very good point.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Dogshow"

Perfect if you have dogs, services is ok and the food is good. The Parking at the back of this hotel is good, could this time had less snow. Could also have more personal at evnings at the restaurant.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Ibis Stockholm Hagersten Review"

18th May 2012

Nice Low budget hotel.Positive: - Fair Hotel facilities - Nice location in a quite suburb of Stockholm. - Easy access to public transportation (5 minutes walk to the Metro station) - Decent Breakfast buffet. - Polite receptionistsNegative: - Stayed three days and the room floor was never cleaned. I complained at the receptionist and surprisingly I found another visitor complaining about exactly the same issue. Room Service also was leaving only one set of towels in the room even if they new that we were 2 persons staying. I had to get second set of towels from the reception everyday.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good for one night stay"

11th May 2012, Lahti_12, Lahti

Due to changed travel plan I had to cancel my booking a week ahead. According to my experiences of this hotel on an earlier stay it is OK. A 3m high fence with barbed wire on the top around the parking place perhaps tells something about the surroundings or about Stockholm in general.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "It could be better"

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good value for money"

27th September 2011, Bocholt, Germany

I didn't like the atmosphare in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and very helpfull the way they handled a lost item I forgot to send it home to me. I liked the size of the room very much. The location is ok for people traveling by car, otherwise pretty way out. Good parking fascility.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Dr Bekithemba Gumbo and Ms Alvene Lees"

3rd September 2011, Johannesburg, South Africa

Travelled with my wife Alvene. This was the first time we ventured outside Stockholm centre. But we loved it. The price was right. Conveninent location and the nice walk to the Tunellbanna was quite refreshing. Will always consider it as first option when I am in Stockholm.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Evaluation Ibis Stockholm Hagersten"

30th July 2011, brussel

My room, in comparaison with other Ibis hotels I've been, was relatively small and atlhough asked room in front (back side with view on highway), this was also rather noisy. The distance between hotel and first public transport (metro) is rather long, although fast travel to center. But with great reception, cheap price, superb breakfast, relax outsite place & quiet lounge and nightbus (between 01h-04h) during weekdays really nearby the hotel, this is a good valualable hotel.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 3.0 out of 5 stars "good location and breakfast"

25th July 2011, Göteborg

The service was generally good. The room was clean and was of a good size. The TV worked well. The bathroom was not spacious enough especially for people with big bodies. The complimentary soap was good. The room did not have as many towels of each size as there were people. The hotel hotel location is good: 7 mins walk to metro stop Västertorp and it takes 17 mins from Västertorp to T-centralen. The breakfast is really good.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 4.0 out of 5 stars "A few days in Stockholm"

27th June 2011, Budapest

We had spent three days at Hotel Ibis Hagersten during a trip to Stockholm. Overall, we would give the Hotel a good rating as we were satisfied with the quality of .our room, as well as with the level of service.

Mercure Hotel Stockholm South (previously ibis Stockholm): 5.0 out of 5 stars "A very good hotel close to the center"

5th May 2011, Moscow

Good location (15 minutes by metro from the center + 7 min walk), excellent service, 24h reception, bar, good breakfast. The heating was turned on because of an unusually cold night. I definitely recommend this hotel for everybody.
