Mercure Sao Paulo Itaim Bibi Hotel

"good value for money"

The hotel was ok, the rate was convenient. The only problem I had is that even though I specifically asked for a non smoking room, they sent me to a smoking room... it stunk, so I asked to be changed... which they did. The breakfast is excellent.

Hotel only has breakfast, no lunch or dinner facility and no room service. Besides the mentioned Inconveniences the rest is OK, their staff is very polite and efficient.

The hotel has apartments with a small kitchen and a 'living room". The bedroom is separated.Breakfast is good.

"Mercure Itaim Bibi"

I've stayed in this particular hotel twice and both times were reasonably ok. The hotel is located close to bars and restaurants for those who like to indulge in fine dining but there are also casual, less pretentious location as well. I particularly like Be Fresh restaurant on the same road as the hotel. They have english speaking front desk staff who were very helpful and accomodating. And the parking attendants were very professional as well.The internet service is a hit or miss. You can plug into the free service but there is also a paid option which I'm assuming should hold a better and stronger connection. The fitness facility at this location is decent. There were free weights, weight machines and cardio machines as well. For those who like to put in an hour or two of workout or excercise can do so with little regret. Overall this hotel chain hasn't dissapointed me so far.

"Good hotel at a affordable price."

The hotel is located nearby all you need. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, shopping centers and so on...Not much to say about São Paulo city as it is a big Metropole with all kind of stuff, everything you need you'll find.So long...Bye
