Ideal for working at the westfalen hallen. We have stayed here 6 times previously but sadly this was my last. We found several of the staff un-helpfull and their attitude was not at all pleasant. We like the location and the hotel itself but the staff on thiss occasion let it down. We were there for 10 nights so a good stint to not feel welcome. We will be going somewhere else next year!

Booked a double room with extra bed and got two rooms instead. Very flexible and customer oriented indeed. The breakfast room was not fully operational at opening time 6.30 but apatt from that an excellent stay.

Situation very good. Environment for the purpose quite ok expect lot of broken glas around the perimeter. Room was clean on comfortable. Breakfeast was very good, same applies to evening buffet. Also dogs were considered, water and snack was available in the lobby. Parking in front of hotel was quite convienent.

Room and facilites were fine. Shower was low pressure, but the Roger & Gallet toiletries were a very nice touch.The food in the restaurant was good in parts - the breakfast buffet was probably the most comprehensive I have seen, and I'm sure even the fussiest could have a good one. However, dinner was much less exciting - it was surprising to find a burger on the menu (albeit a different take on it using a pice of fillet beef instead of the usual minced meat pattie) and very few choices for someone needing dairy-free.
