We enjoyed the amenities at the hotel and appreciated the service with a smile attitude of the front desk. The only issue would be the fact that our room was next to the elevator which didn't allow us to sleep in in the morning. There were also some small stains on the sheets.

The room was wrong and it took them 30 mins to sort. The service in the restaurant was terrible, the girl was too busy on her phone the whole time

Stayed her while on a work course in the local area. The hotel is fantastically situated within easy walking distance to The Shard, Tate Modern, Borough Market and the London eye. The staff were welcoming and polite. The restaurant staff couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were comfortable and supplied with everything you would need. Due to staying longer I could have done with slightly more cupboard space but that's not even a negative. Can't wait to stay again.
