Stayed for 4 nights, for business. Room was comfortable and warm. The staff are really nice and friendly. Small bar, but still a great pint. Good choice at breakfast times. There is a hidden gem of a great restaurant attached to the hotel, very nice meal indeed.

Ideally located for Stade de France

That is probably the only really good point about this hotel, its proximity to the Stade de France make it an ideal base for sporting events. Room was clean (no bed bugs) but was hot and stuffy, air conditioning didn’t work. Lamp was smashed where some previous occupants had obviously tried to open the window to get some fresh air. Bathroom and shower were functional. As a standard room there were no drink making facilities in the room. We were attending the Rugby World Cup final and were charged €338 for one night, the tariff on the back of the room door stated the maximum tariff for the room was €280. Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra money. It was located I. The restaurant attached to the hotel (don’t know if Accor own this as well) but after the first day I had to provide my own tea bags as there were boxes of strange infusions but no regular breakfast/English tea. The lack of which was greeted with a Gaelic shrug by the waiter who seemed to be in charge. Other food items seemed to run out the further into the weekend that we got. Reception staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful and on the whole spoke very good English. Access to the RER into central Paris was a short walk away and easy to use and access. Whilst the area might not have the best reputation, at no time did we feel unsafe. If I were attending another sporting event at the Stade de France I would use the hotel again but only for that reason . I would take the RER into Paris and get breakfast at a restaurant. All in all the positives of the location outweigh the problems.

Excellent for Stade de France events

I was slightly apprehensive by booking in this location of Paris given some reviews about football events, but this proved to be a very good hotel in a superb location about 5 minutes walk from Stade de France. We were not worried at all about security when walking around in the vicinity of the hotel with our kids, even in the dark. There is an RER B station also about 5 minutes easy walk from the hotel and this is a single stop from Gare de Nord. The hotel reception is small but neat with a small bar and was decorated for the rugby World Cup. The reception staff (Lai, I think) was very friendly and helpful, especially nice to our 8 year old son. Really was nice to have this type of welcome. Access to rooms is via secure elevator. We had 2 rooms for a family of 4, the rooms only sleep max of 3 and space is quite tight. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathrooms are small as you would expect but were clean, with a good shower and shower/ hair gel provided. There is a tv in the room which we didn’t use. The heating/aircon was not adjustable. Apparently air conditioning is available and adjustable in summer. Rooms are well soundproofed. Beds comfortable. Towels provided but were small and not very thick. We did not have breakfast but vouchers are available - would have cost us 50 euros for our family of 4. There is McDonalds right next door to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if attending an event at Stade de France.
