"good for people with limited budget and spent most of their time outside"
13th April 2012, Bonn
The location is great, with a metro station just at the door. However, the room is just on average, with limited facilities. The breakfast is included but it is too simple and not worth it. It would be a better choice if they can offer better breakfast or reduce the price without breakfast. Anyway, it may still be a good choice if you have limited budget.
"Paris East by Train"
1st April 2012, Munich, Germany
Rooms were small, but very confortable, staff was excellent. Hotel Desk is on the second floor and only accessable from the street between two cafes. Overall excellent location for a quick trip to Paris.

"Clean Hotel ,Central location ,but.."
26th January 2012
As my heading says Clean Hotel ,Friendly and helpful staff , Central location ,but be careful around this area at night the local inhabitants have really made a mess of it sadly . From a business point of view it was fine for myself with easy access to local transport .
"good value"
24th January 2012, Oxford, United Kingdom
Very helpful staff who let us leave our bags for the day after we had checked out and who were happy to speak to us in English. A pleasant room though a little hot with hairdryer which worked which was a bonus! Breakfast fresh and appealing.
"Good location"

The hotel is new (was still being painted at the time of our stay) and offers quick and easy access to train and subway stations (both within 1mn walk). The rooms are quite small but clean. Free wifi and breakfast were most welcome.
"I like this hotel."
8th October 2011, Croydon, United Kingdom
The rooms are colourful, well lit and of a good size by Paris standards. A decent breakfast is included. The location is excellent for Eurostars and TGVs to the UK, north and to Belgium and Germany. Also at a good pace you can walk to the Louvre in half an hour. Free wifi too but I did not try it this time.

"Convenient location"
14th August 2011, Tokyo
This hotel is located just 1 min from Gare de l'Est, and guests can come and go at all hours. It was very accessible for me to visit Paris and its suburbs.I would have been most happy if this hotel accepted late check-out, because my flight was scheduled in the evening and I could take a shower after strolling around Paris.
"Dont expect sleep"

found this hotel awful. we were in rooms on reception floor. woken up every time someone went past. in the morning woken at 6 oclock the minute people started coming down for breakfast. we could hear every word of their conversations. never again!!!
"Small but cosy!"
31st July 2011, The Netherlands
Small but cosy city hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is perfect. Near the Gare de l'est station. We bought a ticket for the Metro (5 day ticket) at the information desk in Gare du Nord. The room in the hotel is very small, but we where there only to sleep. If you are in Paris there is no need to stay in your hotelroom, except for sleeping. If you are arriving late in the evening let the hotel know. I forgot to do so and we had to sleep the first night in an other All Seasons hotel. Probably the gave our room away. They said there was a technical problem, but we did not believe that. The other hotel we spend one night (All Seasons landon) is bigger, but less cosy. The breakfast is simple but good. They have chocolat and plain croissants, bread, cheese, nutella, confiture, yoghurt, drinks, etc. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and always willing to help.
"Good Value"
23rd July 2011, Cambridge
More information available at the front desk. Not expecting a Concierge, but good info on restaurants, etc. in the area would have been helpful. For our short stay, the room was perfect and I found value in the complimentary breakfast and appreciated that our group could meet there and plan our day. Mark better the front door latch when exiting the building. No complaints at all.
"Nice Cosy Hotel With A Very Good Location"
3rd May 2011, PatrickDumaguete, Gent
Near to both train stations, many restaurants cheap and moderate. Good startingpoint to do sightseeing. Rooms were clean, security is good. Staff are friendly. The negative if I must say is I wish their pillows were a bit thicker, but that is just the way I like to sleep.
"Gare de l'Est"
29th March 2011, Manchester
Had to pull suitcases up onto the first floor as there was no lift at street level. Reception staff were very welcoming and told us where to go for breakfast. The room was a little small but had all facilities and was clean and decorated quite modernly. The hotel had WIFI although I didn't use it.
"Clean, modern rooms close to Gare d'Lest"
11th January 2011, tm_smile, Sydney
Hotel is clean, modern and located close to the main TGV and railway station in Paris. Had issues checking in because reception refused to manually process my credit card (wallet was stolen) despite assurances from my bank it would be fine. Insisted that he be sent an authorisation despite the fact my bank kept trying to tell him he needed to contact his merchant service provider to do so. Finally relented when I was able to go onto online banking and show him one of my bank statements. Otherwise a nice enough stay.
