staff were very friendly at all times, polite and made conversation. Sarah made the welcome on the first day very friendly and engaged in conversation not just a greeting. Would definitely recommend ans stay again.

This hotel is OK. It is on the edge of the resort, but if you are skiing there is a chair lift which leaves from nearby and which brings you into the heart of the skiing area. My major gripe is the half board offer. In the room rate is was listed as half board included, but what was not obvious was that this half board was not for the kids. They cost €25/day extra each. This meant an extra cost of €200 for us for a 4 night stay for 2 kids. I am sure this fact was in the terms & conditions somewhere, but I still found it dishonest.The food quality was OK, although we found the choice of main courses on the buffet in the evening limited.
