"Recent visit to SOFITEL Philadelphia"

As always, our visit to the SOFITEL in Philadelphia was a pleasant experience. The quality of service was excellent. The only expception was that on Sunday morning, you clsoed down breakfast eraly and did not advise us of this change. We were therefore forced to have breakfast in our rool although we showed up in the resturant at 10 AM. Other than that inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be coming back to SOFITEL on our next trip to Philly.

Very nice hotel, great location,very helpful staff, clean and quiet and safe(you had to use your room key in the elevator to access your room floor). It even had a coffee maker which is unusual for Sofitels. Nice room amenities and clean modern bathroom. Highly recommended.

"Center City Gem"

Sofitel Phiadelphia is a great place for a weekend getaway. The location is perfect: a few blocks from Amtrak and the Avenue of the Arts. Rooms are a nice size with modern furnishings and amenities. Staff is friendly and responsive. We have stayed there five or six times and are never disappointed.

"European flair in Philadelphia"

I have stayed at many of the top hotels in Philadelpia and the Sofitel has become our favorite. Great location, excellent service, large and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was perfect and the coffee made me feel like I was waking up in Paris.

"Solid Hotel"

Definitely not the Ritz or Four Seasons, but not as expensive either. Definitely a Top 5 of all hotels in Center City. Location is great, service is great, food is somewhat average, but it's very close to a number of high end restaurants.

"Sofitel Philadelphia Hotel"

Sofitel Hotel is a great hotel to stay at the rooms are big and comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, The workout room is clean and stocked with headphones and towels along with great equipment. I think that it is one of the best hotels in Philadelphia to stay at and the price is great.

"Fantastic Stay at Sofitel"

We reserved both a King Room and a 2 room suite for a long weekend visit to Philadelphia. We were more than satisfied with our stay. The rooms were in excellent condition, the beds very comfortable and the staff impeccable. It will be our hotel of choice if we decide to return for a future trip!

"Great place with great service!"

The hotel was great, nice clean and with spacious rooms. Would definitely reccommend staying here. Close to restaurants and shops.There was no self parking facilities at this hotel.. but valet parking only at around $40.

"Graduation trip"

The Hotel was lovely and was most impressive was they knew the majority of their clientele were going to Penn's graduation and they provided shuttle service, free of charge, for the event. I would stay here again.

"Great Service"

Once again, the staff at this hotel was as friendly and accommodating as always. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location, the staff, and food. I love the new lounge. My only complaint is that I have noticed the rooms/bathrooms are becoming run down. I hope management will do something regarding the rooms/bathroom's appearance before their appearance ruins this great hotel.

Everything was great: room, breakfast, location, service. The package we got that included breakfast and parking was a fantastic deal, especially for a hotel like the Sofitel...hope it is offered again; I will definitely take advantage.

"Jr. mini suite is the way to go"

received a special 3 nights for the price of two so decided to book at this hotel for which I stay frequently. Jr. suite is spacious and had a wonderful 14th floor view of the philly skyline overlooking Rittenhouse Square Park. Convenient location to all center city sites. Beds are extremely comfortable, 2 flat screen TV's, nice bathroom and a turn down service in the evening. Nice touch.

Hotel servcie as always was excellent. We did not have to wait long to check in. We were given a good room. The food is excellent. Service in the dining room was excellent. However, service for breakfast was less than optimal--very unusual for your hotel. Otherwise it was a most pleasant and enjoyable stay

"Great hotel in a great location!"

Loved the Sofitel! It is quite pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. Amazing location, close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Bar inside the hotel serves a great express lunch and has comfy seating. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Room service was speedy and delicious with pretty good-sized portions. All in all a great stay, will definitely stay there again if I get back to Philly.

Long three day weekend. Very comfortable beds. Loved the central location and the access to restaurants, public transport, museums. Service was excellent and staff very helpful. Good choice at a reasonable price for an inner-city hotel.

"Always an enjoyable stay"

The Sofitel is one of our favorite hotels in Philadelphia. Although we live relatively close to the city, we stay quite often for both work and pleasure. The rooms and bathrooms are generous in size. Their lobby bar is a very nice place to sit and gather with friends.
