"Soundproof not good"

The soundproof is not so good and can hear the noise from the corridor and other rooms during late night.

Relative near by Vorgatenstrasse metro station (roughly 150/200m) permit access to entire u-bahn network, check-in procedure was fast and without any particular problem, room was clean in whole period when I stayed, level of bath amenities is at minimum level-soap & towels & tissue paper (but that is according Ibis standards, must be not a surprise for a knowledge traveler). Room technical conditions was vey good. Most unpleasant element was the missing of a fridge to put some drinks (in Romania, for example, is usual in Ibis standards). I don't use other hotel services that means I'm not able to appreciate them. Check-out procedure also was very efficient and quickness.

The hotel is very well located. The room was nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with variety of food. The parking is in the hotel and rather cheap.

"Good location"

My oroginal selection of Ibis wien Messe was because of good location: the hotel is close to underground (to VIC) and Prater station (to airport). For years I have chosen this hotel, since starting the first visit I have liked the hotel and its service..

"Excellent hotel near city centre"

The city centre is less than 5 minutes by U-Bahn. And the U-Bahn is just 5 minutes by walk. The hotel staff was friendly and room was quite good. I am very much satisfied.

"Gut!"

Wouldn't call it an extremely romantic place, but it served us well. Guess you get what you paid for. Standard boring hotel, but clean and staff is mostly nice.Location is actually very nice as it is next to 1) train station, 2) Prater amusement park, 3) Danube (well, kinda close). We were actually walking to the center, but it's a 3 U stations to Stephenplatz.oh, there's Pedal Power office close to the hotel - the best place to rent bikes!!!

"First stay at Ibis Messe Wien"

Location was good within walking to the underground and S-bahn. Room was adequate in size for 2 person but lack tea and coffee making facility. Wifi is free in the room and there is desk for you to work on.

"Improvement"

I have stayed often in the past but not during the past 2 years due to the very noisy and dusty building site behind the hotel. This is not being finished and the hotel is again quiet. Also the car park is now better to park in and € 5.- per 24 hours a very reasonable price, especially for Vienna.The rooms have also been renovated and the TV has a nice large (81cm) screen.

"Great for business and a little leisure"

Ibis Wien Messe was perfect for business travel. Location convenient for access to the nearby Vienna conference center by foot, metro, or bus. Easy access on metro/train from airport. And easy access to city center for sightseeing as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, except for small European-sized blankets and flat pillows. No printer available, but staff were able to print documents upon request. Only other inconvenience was the restaurant which was always understaffed and closed early at night, but nearby train station had many fast-food choices open late night.

"Perfectly located holiday hotel in Vienna"

1st September 2011, Bourgas

It was a pleasure for my family to discover this perfectly located hotel in Vienna. Within a walking distance from the Prater and close to a metro station it allowed us an easy access to the city. We visited not only the museum district, but also the palaces and the zoo and had trips to Salzburg and Bratislava. The only compalin we had, although not officialy, was the noise from the construction works in the neighbouring buildings at the back side of the hotel.

this hotel has a perfect location just between the old town and the conference center. It offers all you need for your business trip including a nice breakfast. I would go there again for a leisure trip to Vienna.

"Ibis Vienna - Nice hotel to stay with family"

Ibis Wien (Vienna) is a nice hotel in the middle of Vienna. The hotel is very close to one of the main Underground railway station connecting to all parts of Vienna. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had WIFI in the room which was very helpful to catch up with rest of the world. The staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurant also provided us with vegetarian food which was not expensive either. I will definitely recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.
