"Good value for money"

Access: From the airport save the money for the expensive CAT train. Just take the regular service to Praterstern station and leave the platform in the direction of the train.Staff: Friendly and professional.Room: No carpet and a bit to functional designed. But the new bed is great! One combined soap for hair, body and hands. Wardrobe too tiny for suits but high enough for trousers.Breakfast: Good selection but bakery is available on the street, too.

"Excellent Hotel"

Best value for money!The rooms were great and the stuff very helpful. I would stay there again definately!They cleaned the rooms every day and the location was very near to the metro station. Overall the hotel experience was excellent!

"Mediocre budget hotel"

This hotel was very average in terms of location, service and cleanliness. The rooms are clean but are a bit run down and the showers could use a good scrub. However, this hotel is located near a major metro station and supermarket, so there are some conveniences to this location. One thing to be aware of is that this hotel is not near major sight seeing attractions nor many dining options.

"Great value for the price"

I travelled with the friend and stayed 1 week in Ibis Wien Messe.Key things about hotel: - good location, access to all main points of attraction through 2-3 metro stations;- good room, the bathroom is bigger than in other Ibis hotels I stayed;- great beds (quality of mattrass, pillow and bed linen;- delicious breakfest (croissants, pate, cheese and ham selection);- great service in restaurant - really welcoming personnel!The only small thing that bothered us was that the cleaning started at about 8 AM in the morning and went till 10. We heard almost everything what had been going on on our floor. But probably Ibis was a business hotel where guests were not supposed to sleep late :)My personal experience with Ibis was pleasent and I definetely recommend for a trip with moderate budget.

Big clean rooms, excellent breakfast, close to the U-bahn and S-bahn from the airport (20 min.) and to all of the locations in the city, friendly staff and good value for the money. Warmly recommend to anyone single, couples and families with kids.

I like IBIS hotel especially in Europe. Very accomodative for travellers. Very quick check in/out process. Very helpful staffs. And my stay lately at IBIS WIEN MESSE was very sattisfying...Location is great, staffs are helpful, rooms are good.

Very clean, good restaurant and good connection with the city center and other P.O.I. , close to Prater (within walking distance), reasonable price for room. Cons.: poor wifi in the room, expensive garage- though it's justified considering the area (fair ground)

"Excellent buying"

If you are looking for cleanliness at affordable price in a "not far from anything" type of environment, this is certainly a place to stay, the closest to the UN international Centre,before crossing the Danube.

"Marvellous staff"

I have seldom stayed at a large city hotel where ALL the staff are so efficient, helpful andfriendly. Keep this up please Ibis Messe crew. The hotel is now much quieter and bettersince the major rebuilding works behind the hotel are (nearly) finished. My only (small) complaint is that the new bar stools are uncomfortable after about 15 minutes (my friends and colleagues say the same) which discourages one to take a second (or third)drink there. Not very good for your business!

"Soundproof not good"

The soundproof is not so good and can hear the noise from the corridor and other rooms during late night.

"Austere but fair"

Relative near by Vorgatenstrasse metro station (roughly 150/200m) permit access to entire u-bahn network, check-in procedure was fast and without any particular problem, room was clean in whole period when I stayed, level of bath amenities is at minimum level-soap & towels & tissue paper (but that is according Ibis standards, must be not a surprise for a knowledge traveler). Room technical conditions was vey good. Most unpleasant element was the missing of a fridge to put some drinks (in Romania, for example, is usual in Ibis standards). I don't use other hotel services that means I'm not able to appreciate them. Check-out procedure also was very efficient and quickness.
