Location was great for going to a concert in Olympic Park and it felt safe walking back to the room late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned. Linens were bunched on the bed, mugs half full of tea, and wet towels on the bathroom floor. After asking the front desk twice over a few hours we eventually got a refresh from housekeeping. After that was sorted we had a pleasant stay.

Daughter and I stayed for one night to attend Niall Horan in concert. Ibis is in a great location, is value for money, offers excellent customer service. Can’t fault the stay.

Arrived early for check in and was seeking access to car parking which was granted plus the lovely young girl offered early check in as our rooms were ready. Her service was exemplary, informative and made us feel very welcome. Location is absolute best for Accor Stadium and Qudos Arena.
