The staff could not speak English which is understandable but since there are many problems with the service it becomes crucial to communicate. You should have warned us that there is some construction or retirement in the building because the air conditioner was not working and the room was cold. I will never stay in the same hotel and warn my colleague to be more cautious when choosing this hotel.

You are the most unintelligent and impersonal person on earth, In an extremely dirty room, It was locked on me, No one answered me, I shouted from the window and some construction workers went and informed the hotel to open the door for me. I have videos of all the steps. I have to talk to Paris municipality about how they allowed you to operate. I will take you to court with my documents. With all of power.

The wifi was not working the entire time we were there except one particular day. Fyi, we stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. Also, the door of the room is hard to open as well. We had to called the hotel staff to open the door for us. However, the room was spacious. It can fit 3 people tbh.

Pleasant rooms, small but well organized, the toilet in the room is separated from the part where there is a shower and a sink. The room is clean, we got new towels every day. The bed is good. There is no hairdryer in the room, but it can be borrowed. There is a central AC system, but it is not yet in operation, part of the hotel is being renovated. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The city center can be reached by bus 111 and metro M8 or bus 281 and RER A, about 30 minutes. The grocery store is behind the hotel.
