Had very bad experience for the first time. Room was flooded and toilet was bad with mould in it

Our driver had a great stay. Checkin was problematic because the guy on the desk would not process the company card. We are in Brisbane and always book our drivers into hotels online without a hitch. This guy wanted to charge us twice.
