the place was absolutely disgustingly dirty. coffee stains on stairway for 3 days. dust under bed with used condoms, socks, undies the fridge froze all my food house keeping took three days to deep clean my room urine and blood stained blankets i asked to speak to the manager 5 days in a row and got nowhere. i was there for business for 5 nights. the state of the room, was not ok. and not up to standrds and regulations. i will never return again

Do not stay here. I have stayed here many times in the past but the standards have dropped dramatically. The customer service is terrible. My credit card was charged another $246 a week after I stayed here when I had paid my balance in full. I tried to call the hotel and send screenshots of the unauthorised transaction but the hotel number went straight to voicemail and they did not respond to me or the bank for the disputed transaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we checked in we were charged $60 too much. The receptionist refunded this once I worked it out. We had no hand soap, the bathroom was mouldy and one of our towels was dirty with makeup

good reception. room as expected - and clean. some clowns made a loud noise and running in the corridor at 2pm but thats not the hotels fault
