"Ski Holiday 2012"

Easy to book, enter and use for transferring to and from Home and Holiday destination. We have been using Accor Hotels many times.Tennenlohe do have a good standard, but we notice more trafic noise from freeway than expected.
"Why stay at Erlangen"

If the Etap at Erlangen is anything to go by budget hotels have come a long way since the early days of Formula 1. Clean, quiet and functional the rooms have individual thermostats. Lack of a comfortable chair meant had to sit and read on the bed.Location excellent as an overnight stop - you can see the motorway but can't hear it. Lack of an eatery could be a problem but there were three good restaurants within easy walking distance. Free parking also an advantage
"Couldn't get a non smoking room"

Normal Etap quality but we were put in a smoking room which was very unpleasant, smell was awful and difficult to sleep. I asked reception to change us but all non smoking rooms were taken. Make sure you book a non-smoker.

The hotel was easy to find (thanks to my satnav) and very convenientlyy sited and, despite being so close to the motorway the room was quiet, thanks to the insulation. The service on arrival was excellent, a bit less so in the morning, but still OK. The room was spacious and had all I needed, a good shower and a bed. Overall the experience was very good.

Hotel hard to find at night. Right next to the autobahn. Thank goodness we had a back room. Very small rooms with extra hard beds.Breakfast poor. Think the bolied eggs were done the day before breakfast.First and last time at an ETAP.

Easy to find, everything as expected, friendly service from manager, room service and breakfast girl, parking a few steps from the car, nice breakfast. Of course you need a car, but buses were in the vicinity.Not luxurious, but what do you expect for that price? Accor ´s concept is really perfect to us.

I arrived at about 11pm the hotel was locked, no reception, I paid in kiosk entered hotel up stairs to bedroom. No wardrobe or drawers. Simple breakfast available but no dining room. Carpet in bedroom not hoovered, hotel too far from Messa.
