"Poor cleaning and maintenance"

Poor cleaning and maintenace. Bathrooms very dirty specially toilet seats... buth showers as well. The system of cleaning and disinfestation not working. Only working 1 TV chanel. The smoking zone is badly isolated from the hotel, because a window is always opened

Due to traffic we arrived after 10pm and reception was closed. The rooms were booked beforehand - 2 rooms with 3 people in each room. BUT WE ONLY HAD 2 PILLOWS AND 2 COVERS...... So 2 people had to share. You just do not get the same kind of sleep. The room was clean and it could have been almost perfect value for money....We stayed at another ETAP hotel on the way back and it was the same - only 2 pillow and 2 covers....but here the reception was open and we managed to get a third set. But why is it not there from the beginning..... so irritation. So remember to check beforehand!! Other than that I can recommend
