"Very bad"

First of all, i will never choose accor hotels again. I am a silver card holder, and i will never sleep in Accor. Why ? I was assaulted by a hotel staff, he shouted at me, and even hit me. Accor hotels allowed a criminal with no knowledge of english language to stand as a receptionist. He couldn't explain what he has in mind in commonly recognised language, so he used force against me. Then he refused to give me his name. I will make a legal lawsuit against this person and Accor hotels.

My wife and I flew from Liverpool to Berlin Schoenefeld on Friday evening 18 March. I arrived at ETAP at 22.10 and found no staff present. Other guests told me that no one was available to let us into our room. I tried to contact the hotel and got standard (very unhelpful) message and couldn't leave a message on your phone. Extreme frustration. Found another hotel nearby to stay the night. Would like a refund of my 49.00 Euros already taken.David Ashmore
