Stay was ok. Room fairly basic but clean and tidy. Disappointing to find room set up for one when booking clearly for two (1 single duvet). Breakfast fairly limited and not as good as similar priced hotels elsewhere in Germany

Clean stay, well located between the Chempark and the town centre. Decent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there was no free wifi. The bed sheets were also rather thin, so it was a bit cold.

I was charged 2 times for the night. After complaining, I did not receive a response.

It is said the check in time is 3pm. But no body at the reception desk and theres just one paper with the contact number. I called the number but didnt receive my call nor respond my texts. I asked other guests help using their phone and the person who was in charge of told meet me at the reception 5pm. The hotel made me wait 2 hours out side. I actually arrived 2:30 and just waste my time waiting for check in. I've never seen this poor service.
