Filthy and not cleaned. Dust everywhere, stinks in the hallway (smells like old cigarettes), dirty floor, cold colors and old wallpaper, dark rooms and unpleasant lights. People working there in trainings outfit (nice and friendly staff however). All in all feels insafe and insecure. I'll never return to that hotel nor would I recommend it.

The parking capacity is not large enough considering the size of the hotel. The shower never drains. The hotel clearly stated its check-out time is 12 o'clock, but a manager open the key and storm into the room at 11:15, and ranted "leave now, our service can't clean it", and leave the door opened while I was naked after shower. The worst experience in my more than 10 years' Accor membership, and totally unacceptable.
