From the minute we sat foot in this hotel we were made to feel unwelcome, an enormous burden for him, and told repeatedly if we weren’t happy we could get a refund and find somewhere else. As a wheelchair user, we had confirmed with ALL ACCOR call center that the hotel had a functional handicap room…which she had proven by contacting the hotel on our behalf. Never have we experienced such poor, bad mannered service. I felt discriminated by his dreadful customer service. This is IBIS we will sadly never be visiting again.

I booked this hotel primarily because there was big event in Bremen - Hydrogen Technology Expo 2023 and all recommended hotels in and around city center were fully booked. Mr Alladin who virtually handles this hotel single handedly ( as I seen ) deserves kudos and all the gratitude. He was great freindly, warm and attention to customer needs was simply great for my requests... felt safe and comfortable ... as well Excellent value for the money paid ....

hotel manager is crazy guy. He argues and teaches customers. Waht a hotel manager!!!
