"Good Value for money"

Even room is small but it has all facilities,toilet and bathroom are inside room which is very important when one is traveling with family, kids. Rooms are clean, linen are change regularly, Staffs are very supportive, my room heater was not working but they have provided me external room heater, Location is not far away from paris central, hotel is adjacent to Tram station Henrique jaques...and then change metro or RER.

The location of this hotel is really good. Small rooms with a mini-private bathroom. The bed is good. Wi-fi worked well enough. Most people at the reception speak English, but not very well. I would recommend, specially when trying to save a few bucks.

good hospitality Average break fastlocation - outskirts of paris.... but the good thing is that its by the side of Tram T2 stop.Rooms are clean and spacious enough...Its a good location to be in if your point of interest is La Defence ( technocity)...If you are tourist , its not recommended, as it is pretty far from the happening place..

This is a typical Etap, clean functional and quite well placed once you work out how to get into Paris centre. It is the slightly older design (and therefore better I think as it has the shower and WC more contained in a cabinet).There isn't much to recommend in terms of beautiful surroundings and you need to use tram/rail to go into the centre but it is relatively easy. Staff were really helpful and friendly, some spoke English. Good secure parking. Downsides - the towels are large handkerchief sized and no shower gel/liquid supplied, also the breakfast is not that great with very limited options and especially for the kids isn't a good deal.Finding it was easy once in the right main street but off the periphique it is easy to end up in the wrong section of Issy.

Basic hotel with a great location. Walk out the front door, turn right, walk 70 feet and you're at a tram stop which means you're an easy trip from anywhere in Paris. Not much close to the hotel but then you are in Paris and a good meal is always close.

My stay here was excellent. Location is good as is next to tram and train stations at certain locations. There is a supermarket nearby. The restaurants nearby are pretty good too. When staying here I found couple of tram stops away is the circuit train station. Better to reach the city sights than tram then two train changes. Although this depends on where you want to go. Trains are underground but an excellent and prompt service. The downside staff should know of the hop on hop off buses operating in Paris for tourists. They do not know how to direct you to the airport or best directions to where you want to go. Get a Pairs map at the train station as a guide around. I think E Tap has then but these show main sights. As for Paris. A money changer kept more than she should of. When I complained to police they confirmed many complain about her but they won't do anything to stop it. I said she is robbing tourists but they don't care. There are no police around the streets so had to find the station. There is limited signage in English anywhere and none in the Lourve exhibitions and seemingly only tourists help tourists to guide each other where they need to go. That especially is true for the train service. Try to find even a worker at a train station and the ticket seller speaks "French as you are in France". The attitude is speak French or we cannot understand you. I provided the tram and train map to ask how to get to main airport. Ticket seller had me on the tram then three station changes. I worked it out myself. Two trams and one train direct (RER line), station had a lift so no stairs. So many stairs in the underground system. I was limited with cash as my credit card was a sign only and only the hotel accepted it with a signature. All others require the four digit, so that was disappointing although very secure for me I guess. In summary. I was disappointed with problems but Etap was excellent. Stayed in London prior to here. Room dirty and bed very hard.
