Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is located close to the motorway but isn't noisy, 2 excellent restaurants just next door.

Young man on Reception was very welcoming and friendly. But the room could be repainted very tired looking only had 2 towels no foot towel which I didn't realise until I was going into the shower. The people on my landing quite rowdy at night. Only 1 nightstay. and when I came out of my room was confronted by a boy staring at me. ???

Extremely welcoming and helpful couple on reception. Sorry I did not take note of their names. Was having problems starting my motorcycle and they helped liaise with my next ibis in tours and even offered to help with the bike which wasn't necessary as a number of gendarms staying there helped me. A very good experience as usual. Very warm and friendly welcome from Arthur the new General Manager,. Room was spotlessly clean, good shower, comfortable bed. Very close to the Autoroute, just 2 hours from Calais and there are competitively priced restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed many times before, and will stay again.
