"Nice staff"

Hotel with same ETAP standards. Very calm, parking free (not big but fare). Staff very helpful (I asked for extra pillows and they put them in the room, very positive impression!). The only thing was that the room is a little bit small if compare with other ETAP hotels.

Budget hotel that meets the purpose for an conveniently located budget one night stop over. However room maintainance needs to be addressed as the shower head was broken and sprayed water out sideways flooding the bathroom floor and bathroom looked shabby. We booked two rooms and the other bathroom was better. We also found the mattresses on the beds not very comfortable being quite thin and hard.

best ETAP I stayed so far. Very friendly service. Rooms seem new. Very clean, fresh smell.If anything negative: had some difficulties finding the place.

We were looking for a basic and clean place to sleep at the lowest price that we could find within easy driving distance to Geneva airport. We found this hotel met our needs. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Her restaurant recommendation provided the best meal that we had during our stay in France - it was excellent.

The Hotel is OK.For this price is OK.Air conditioned, TV, comfortable bed, shower, WC.You can relax after a long day. Étap Hotel is a brand as the Mc' Donalds.You know, what you choose.The hotel is in the suburb, at a quiet place.
