"Excellent service"

We arrived after a long journey with our daughter and 6month old grandson. The receptionist was courteous and went out of her way to be helpful. The cot we had requested for the baby was ready and available, the adjacent rooms were as requested and the receptionist even opened up the dining area so we could eat our sandwiches at a table. Everything was exceptionally friendly and great value for money.The only downside was the drone of the motorway during the night.

For the money - excellent value and very friendly and helpful staff. new, clean, fresh and ideal location. It would have been given top marks all round if the sign posting had been better - drove around a couple of times to get in - it even confused the SatNav.

This hotel is good value for an enroute. The facilities are basic but we had agood night;s sleep. Access to Chartres Centre is quick and easy. Less than 5 minutes away with easy parking ,just outside the historic old town on a Saturday afternoon. The room would be too cramped for a longer stay. Breakfast again was simple but good value with a reasonable choice.

Offers very fair value for money for the independent and flexible traveller. As a motel service near major travel routes, it offers a consistent branded level of comfort and cleanliness. If you want luxury then maybe seek a different brand but bsic clean tidy and unfussy service then this will certainly meet expectations.

small room leave luggage in car clean cheep no air con and if window is open noise from near by road (both sides of hotel) in on room the toilet would not flush but when all is said and done the title sums it all

Small room but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about local area.Dinner, available at 15% discount at Court Paille, was good and served quickly however had to cross busy road to get there. Convenient location although noisy as next to busy dual carriage way.

As usual, Etap was up to its high standards. The location is convenient to us as a stopover, and we look forward to arriving each time. The breakfast is adequate and high quality. Congratulations Etap!

We regularly use this hotel as it a convenient stop in both directions from Calais to the Languedoc Mediterranean coast (We go via Rouen to avoid Paris) . Standard good value ETAP format with comfortable bed and ensuite. We were able to enjoy a picnic supper at the outside tables they provide. Breakfast is a great value and substantial buffet and recommended especially the baguettes! They now have free wifi although Skype is blocked unlike some other ETAPS.

Good reasonably priced stopover hotel en-route from Pyrenees to Calais Ferry Terminal. Good breakfast with staff helpful and cleanliness and functionality of room and facilities also completely satisfactory.

Unfortunately hotel was going through refurbishment. No dining room. Heavy paint smell which kept us awake most the night. No one around to assist. Stayed at etap previously and booked here as thought good value for money but it wasnt
