We paid for bed an breakfast, for all 5 staying (2 adults and 3 children). Our email stated the rate included everyone, but when we got up for breakfast we were told the children were not included and charged for them. We also found that the family room we booked, which would only accept a mximum of 4 children on the booking, was in fact suitable for our whole party of 5 - with 2 double beds and a single bunk bed - so we paid for a room that was not needed

bonjour, le réceptionniste qui vous reçoit ne fait que son travail. quel intérêt a-t-il à vous faire payer des prestations qui ne vont pas dans sa poche? pour info, le pdj enfant est dépendant de l'âge de l'enfant et les critères diffèrent. donc il est payable sur place; on vous l'a expliqué à la réception. de plus vous payez pour 4 et l'arrivée, vous avez une chambre pour 5... n'allez pas vous plaindre. bien à vous

It was a low cost hotel. It felt low cost. But it was clean and comfortable. I'm not complaining. I'm satisfied that I got what I paid for.

Not satisfy by the customer service I arrived, paid my 4 nights straight and I should not have done the payment I was looking to stay only 1 night and change hotel and do 3 other nights on another Ibis but the owner didn’t allow a reimbursement so we stay 4 nights and we were not satisfied
