recommend this as a stopover on the way to the south of france. location was ideal as its close the the town but also close to the motorway. The hotel was welcoming and clean, and breakfast was lovely.

The position of this hotel is ideal: rather dense at the highway, and on very short distance of a broad pallet to restaurants. The room division was something less practical: shower and toilet in the same space whereas the shower had no door or shower curtain what means that the floor in the toilet stands under water after taking a shower. Washbowl stands in the sleep space where substances floor mat lie soo the result being that here too the floor mat were soaked after the use of the washbowl. The proportion between the price and quality is correct.

The mattress is very hard.Location is very good. On walking distance from the center.Quit neighborhood.200 characters is a lot to fill this space. I think it is too much. That’s why I m writing these sentences. And still I don’t have 200 characters.

We have found this hotel to meet our requirements as we travel to the south of France at least 3 times a year.The staff have always been very helpful.Would be interested in a chance to obtain customer loyalty points to help with future costs?See you in August 2011

Etap hotel, just as we expected, basic, but exceptionally clean, it is on the outskirts of town, but then etap hotels usually are. we found a good italian resteraunt and a buffallo grill within a five minute walk. breakfast was self service and all you can eat. the only down side was we could have done with more pillows. the town was verry pretty

Staff were very nice and helpful,Room was fine but smelt of smoke, and with young children not nice. Breakfast adequate and area perfect for the long drive.Area for breakfast could be larger and a smoking area away from the front door would be very helpful.

We have stayed at this particular Etap Hotel many times in the last 10 years, as we have with other Etap Hotels in France and England. We have always been given a non smoking room, but on this occasion was put in a smoking room which had a strong smell of smoke. We were surprised that smoking in bedrooms is allowed, especially as there is a considerable fire risk. We were unaware that the Etap had a policy for allowing smoking in bedrooms, as we have never encountered this problem before, in all our stays in Etap Hotels. The manager was unable to move us to a room wich was desinated non smoking, as she said the Hotel was full, however at the time of our arrival there were non smoking rooms unoccupied, but we were told we could not be re-allocated, as the computer had already allocated all the rooms in the hotel. We were disappointed we belive there was no preference available to chose a non smoking room.

Easy to find and book the hotel via the Internet. Fair possibility of cancellation. However, it is a minus that it is not possible to reserve a non-smoking room when the booking is being made; this should be corrected as soon as possible.

Usual Etap qualities but the same uncomfortable pillows and not enough of them. Towles could do with an upgrade too. Apart from that very good value for money. Why does this review have to be at least 200 characters?

if you trip with car, this hotel is a good choice. bath and toilet is one booth. solo man is feeled convenient.

For somewhere sleep after a long car journey it is hard to beat the value for money etap offer. The Beaune Etap is just of the motorway and easy to find.
