"Great value spoiled"

Delighted with first use of ETAP hotel BUT appauled by reception and breakfast staff. No customer care, EVERYTHING was just too much trouble. We speak reasonable french hoping this might help incredibly rude attitude, but this was not recognised. Snack machine coins emptied and immediately unwashed hands used to cut baguettes, and handle other unwrapped breakfast items.Unbelieveable poor attitude which let down an otherwise excellent product.Clearly situation needs immediate rectifying.Disappointed customers.
