The hotel is next to a train track so imossible to sleep before 11:30pm and firdt train gets by around 6am Also, almost the building is badly sound proofed so when one person makes noises, everybody shares it ...

Well located and clean, but no one around to ask a question (the lady that appeared only for 2 hours was not helpful). Also no hair dryer in the room, we almost caught a cold.
