Very poor stay, won’t be coming again

We arrived after midnight with a child. Code to the room didn’t work. No soap or towels provided, machine for the towels takes cash only. Sheets had hair and crumbs on it. I didn’t ask for a change only because of late hours and we all were extremely tired Staff is loud in the morning, it is impossible to sleep after 8am. Our room was just next to the shared shower rooms and the noise free m there woke everyone up. I would appreciate more details on the website about the room and hotel facilities. I would never book it if I saw the common area is non existent.

This place should not be advertised as a hotel. It is like a hostel, but worse. This should constitute as false advertising. A hotel should come with showers and toilets in room as well as amenities such as towels, soap, etc. As well, there are no sinks to wash your hands right after you've used the toilet, which is very unhygienic. And the showers have mold and are just repulsive.
