"Nice hotel"

The hotel offers nice clean rooms with very good breakfast. It's only about 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. Plus it has a supermarket just next to the hotel. Nice and friendly staff Would definitely stay again.

"Friendly but not flexible / poor kitchen"

Coffee Machine at the room was broken. Instead of offering one before check out we should go and meet the room service person in our room (We already had checked out). Only solution was to offer us a voucher for a glas of wine. But for breakfast. The meals offered were of poor quality, not cheap and too salty.

it was ok a litlle bit far for centre town.....4 bus station.in rest everything was just as we expected.was the room was clean, the staff was frendly.i like the furniture and the balcony.so, i reccomend this hotel.

As usual my stay at the mercure hotel was pleasant, nice rooms, good service and breakfast location Ideal for my trip as it was near the location I needed to go for my work.

good hotel, very comfortable rooms, not farfrom city center, breafast a bit expensive but satifactory. we would come back to this hotel if a new stop in graz is coming.

Unless you have business in this area, I would suggest you stay more in the center of the city. There is very little to do in this area. It is in the student area with not much around it except a very large graveyard.
