"nice hotel overall, internet bad"

Ibis quality. Nice, clean and functional.All personal very kind and fast to help you.Only internet service was not good at all.Service was up and down all the time, regarding speed.Even to look at emails, was not good enough.

"Nice hotel"

Nice hotel, is near one of the main roads, station taxis in front of 3 malls to little more than 10 minutes depending on the traffic, very gentle and very kind hotel staff, varied breakfast, very clean restaurant and very special care, very clean rooms, fair cost for the service, I like and I know that I will come back at the end of the year.

"Not Happy"

About 1am I was woken by a big noise like someone was breaking a wall. At 1:40 I called the reception desk and I was informed that they were working in the restaurant fixing a pipe system. The receptionist informed that the workers would be finishing the job in 10 minutes.Wasn't true, they would keep doing the noise for more 30 minutes.Ridiculous, this an oultrage there is no excuse

"Nice hotel but horrible and slow service at car park!"

I had a good time staying at this hotel. The only problem was at check out where we had to wait for 30min or so to get our car. It was very busy, croweded and we had to stand there carrying all our luggages as there was no trolleys left or anyone to help - just for asking us to get out of the way. It's funny though because I had to collect my car the night before for going out for dinner and there were 5 people standing there doing nothing (not a busy time) and then at 12am (check out time) there were only 2 people to get everybody's car!!! They could plan it better....it was very very very very annoying having to waiting that long!!!!!

"decent hotel, late night burgers awful."

decent stay. room never go cool enough, and we now have a term for a lousy hamburger in our family...."an Ibis burger". the burger from the bar reheated in a micowave was soggy and "funky"would not hestitate to reccomend it as a decent place to stay.
