"Hotel visit."

For me is best location not far from our partner ofice.Everything is good. Price is little expensive.Did not have steam bath.Sauna is ok but not to hot.

The hotel is very convenient to where I needed to work for the two weeks. The tram was a minute's walk away and very regular. For doing business in this sector of Dusseldorf I would recommend this hotel. The staff were always helpful.

The hotel is really wonderful. The sevice were excellent. Comparing with the Mercure in Dortmund this is completely second world. Only remark is that approx 19 EUR for breakfast is little too much (even the breakfast is super). Don't trust to free shuttle to airport because this is not a rule. Depending upon situation concierge call taxi, and hotel pays them. They didn't do it for me.Despite that, warm recommendation

I frequently stay at the Mercure Seestern when traveling to Düsseldorf for business. Overall, I am happy with the hotel and the services provided by the staff.The hotel is located near the highway and has its own parking garage. Two tram lines nearby take you into the city centre. Eating out in the city is recommended, as the hotel is located in a business district so there aren't many restaurant options nearby.The standard rooms at the hotel are spacious, well-kept and usually dispose of a bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast at this hotel is very copious with a large choice of warm and cold cuts, bread and yogurt. The restaurant serves the usual hotel fare, nothing remarkable but good for emergencies.However, during my last visit there was a distinct cigarette smell when I entered my room, even though it was explicitly labeled as a non-smoking room. This was disappointing. I didn't take it up with the management since I was only staying for one night.Despite this hiccup, I would not hesitate recommending it to other business travelers. The sober and "clinical" interior style makes it less suited to romantic travelers, though...
