My son and I come down to have breakfast around 9:30 AM on 1st April. And Sabina (staff's name) said "9:45am. is times to finish the breakfast". So we said okay and would go out for breakfast in canary wharf. But Sabina said you can take the foods by 9:45am. And you can stay the table and have it. .So.we paid it. And we rushed to take the foods to the table. But Francesca looked (likely stared)at us with stared eyes. So I asked her what time we can have breakfast on the table. She said 10mins. If you couldn't do it. You took with foods wiht trays and go to your room. I stood my uncomfortable feeling and said we Will finish it with 10mins. And that time Sabina come to us and I asked her time again because we paid the money to her after her allowance of staying breakfast. She said.you can have it for 20-25mins. And I replied "because of your allowance,I paid it and took the foods to the table. Sabina explained it and Franceca misunderstood.somthing by herself. After this talking I also explained the one women giggled at us and laugh loudly at us watching our taking the food quickly. Why she kept watching us as like we are very strange person took the many foods in one time very unpleasant. So I explained the giggling women to Sabina. "if she do it again tomorrow breakfast I will talk it to her directly and please Don't think me strange or bad. and just in case I said to you about this happening. Because you are staff. That's it I spoke ot to Sabina and explained it. BUT FRANCESCA cut our conversation and she said "I will take her and you speak to her directly!!!"with loud voice She suddenly went to the lift and tried to the bottom And I sad "What?. I don't want to talk to her now I didn't ask anything to take her. You want me to fight with her ?." She said" you talked it so I will resolve your problem" with loud voice and hot tempor. Why FRANCESCA is so angry to me.?. I just staying table time with breakfast ..that's It.!!!! And she said "CRAZY XXxxxxxxxxxxccxccx" to old kitchen female worker. So I asked her 'what? Crazy??? " she said" I didn't talk to you talked to female worker..I DEFINITELY heard the words " SHE CRAZY AND xXXXXXXxXXCC........and took.the beer on the reception desk. Very very hot tempor by herself.!!!!! She is SO aggressive. And very hot tempor!!!!!! BECAUSE of moving we had to stay staying hotel for.2-3 weeks BuT because of FRANCESCA we think of move other hotel.... from the first staying morning of your hotel FRANCESCA ruined our time. I DIDN'T DO ANY FAULTS TO YOUR STAFFS. SHE IS SO AGGRESSIVE SO i can't stay here anymore.. So frightened I don't know when she suddenly change to be angry and aggressive again She is very aggressive and made me very uncomfortable with unnecessary words. Maybe she will LIE when you investigate this thing.

For the 2nd stay in a row I've had to complain about advertised services - in November, it was due to the advertised car charger not being functional. This week it was because the restaurant no longer operates. I wasn't expecting fine dining, but the hotel always offered a basic menu for evening meals - but it seems this is no longer the case. The member of staff on duty told me 'not since covid', even though I'd been to the hotel and eaten there in November 2023. After 6 hours on the road to get to the hotel, this was a major inconvenience and I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I'd known food wasn't available.

Easy to find convenient hotel for our recent visit to the O2 arena for a gig. 10-15 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube stations and lots of choice for shops and restaurants nearby. Room was great, tea and coffee provided, clean and tidy
