"Convenient stopover."

Convenient, comfortable - plenty parking spaces.Breakfast was a bit expensive at 10 euros each.McDonalds / Burger King are nearby if all you want is a coffee or snack.Would use this hotel again.

Room was prepeared for 2 adults and I booked 2 adults +1 child. :( Very happy with size of bathroom and how clean it was. Service in reception availible in english. Easy acces from motorway.Value for money excellent.

Easy access even late at night. However, cigarette smoke and butts in the toilets (outside of room). Room was a bit cold. Breakfast is very limited. But the staff was friendly.Parking next to the hotel. Acceptable for one night, in case you don't find anything else.

I appreciate that IBIS hotels provide the same room design everywhere, almost the same sevice at a reasonable price level, so I know what to expect in advance.The Frechen hotel has a good service on top, the stuffs were very communicative and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good. Easy to reach it from the Highway, close to the city center and located in a shopping center/outlet compound.Good valuer for your money.

Trickered by cheap prices I booked a room for 1 night.But just I had to pay 129 euri, so I was not amused. I saw advertisements of about 69 EURI OR 89 EURI (don't know exactly).You should mentioned the correct prices and not prices that are quilty for one day or so.I am sorry, the room was perfect as well as the service. But no more Ibis west frechen anymore. "Dass was nicht profitieren von besten Preisen". Hope to get a reaction on my review.
"Our stay in Frechen"

It was not as good as I supposed it to be, espessialy compared with our hotel in Frankfurt afterwards,The room we had (with the allergic child) had been smoked in before. The smell of smoke was really terrible. We were told we could not be provided another room, though we have preordered our room 2 months in advise, and the child could have been taken into consideration, at least non-smoking room could have been provided.We had a small room (not the family one).The roof was leaking (we were at the second floor) and if you went out of the room the drops of water were tapping just on our head. This problem was not dealt with, the best the personal could do was to put a busket before our door.

Whilst the Hotel was in an awkward location to reach/leave it lived up to the IBIS reputation for basic good value. The room was clean and uncramped - but only one seat for 2 people.Generally the service was good and friendly - apart from not being able to locate the iron (only one !). Breakfast buffet was adequate, selection of evening meal/snack rather limited. Only one lift, which was not working when we came to leave.

Good, reasonably priced hotel. Very helpful, English speaking staff (who also tolerate my appaling German). Easy to find, just off Autobahn network (A4 and A1 interchange). One of the best ibis Hotels for food.

The bed was comfortable and we had a very sleep. The staff were very welcoming and the food in the restaurant was cooked very nicely.

Quality of the breakfast is good. Average room & bathroom, toilet/shower gave an unpleasant smell.
