Booked last minute and was surprised to find this hotel to be in a great central location with a plentiful choice of restaurants close at hand. Room was spacious and clean. Great secure valet parking. The hotel was very peaceful with a nice relaxing bar area with all of the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate in choosing this hotel again.

unfortunately could not get a meal at the resturant as it was booked up.

We arrived early and the Novotel parked our car for us and the the desk called to say they found a cell phone on the consul and so they brought it up to our room which was really helpful so we didn't have to go back to the car to retrieve it. We felt very much taken care of. The room had a lovely view ,the bed was super comfortable, and the tea/coffee/ cookies were just perfect for us. The sky tv channels available was great too. Loved the bathroom which was private(not glass walls) We had a lovely relaxing time with a late check out. It was lovely for us ,a retired couple and we look forward to returning soon
