Very friendly and efficient staff. Simple and easy resevation, check-in and check-out process, with no Fuss. I highly recommend any room on the riverside, as they have a beautiful evening and morning outlook. The hotel is walking distance to all CBD amenities and facilities.View management response »

Handy if you are wanting to visit SkyCity Casino. Breakfast Buffett is good quality for the money... dinner too long a wait!Parking is painful even when its Valet Parked.Friendly customer service from Novotel staff.If you are going to have the All Blacks stay at your Hotel and we are paying customers to then the AB's should consider that the public may have never seen them up close and friendly and be a bit more accommodating when being asked for a photo with a Fan especially on Fathers Day with a male who is and avid Fan and would have so appreciated that ... overzealous gorilla security man ... otherwise AB's stay where there are no public and no possible chance of being asked to have a photo taken on Fathers Day!View management response »

Thanks Novotel. The perfect location for a stay in Hamilton. Close to all amenities, the casino and convention centre made it a convenient conference base.I stayed in the executive room and it was well appointed, although I was a bit disappointed with the internet access which at times was limited.The room was clean and comfortable and the addition of a Nespresso machine was appreciated.I must admit to spending some time in the hotel bar which, although had a limited range, was great value for money and the staff were absolutely fantastic.I ate at the hotel restaurant each night and can't fault the food. Best steak I've eaten.Overall a great experience..I'll be back with my family soon.View management response »
