"Well worth a stay"

We had excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet and was within easy walking distnce to some of the sightseeing sites.

After breakfast I had to wait 10 min. at an empty reception desc to pay the bill and I, so missed to train to the aerport I had planned to take.

Nice balance of price vs quality of service. Liked the beds.Very comfortable. Staff helpul and friendly and able to get snacks easily. Breakfast was excellant.

the hotel is good, at a very good cost. clean and large enough bedroons. the only problem is the location that is not very good. it is close to the central station (5 min walk), and from the lake (10 min walk), but the neighborhood doesnt look very nice. not that i had any problems, i just didnt feel very confortable.guys from the front desk help a lot. very good

The hotel is well located not far from Cornavin train station and the buses stop, good value for money, staff are friendly, services is good, and the room are good. There are plenty of restaurants in the areas and many shops for your shopping. The lake is not far from the hotel, and I was very happy to stay there. I will definitely recommend it.

"A Good Business Hotel"

Rooms were not large but were reasonably comfortable. The petit dejeuner was goods: some rolls, croissants, juice, and coffee. The coffee was machine-made but the machine included a grinder so that the coffee was fresh and not from a cartridge. The location is within a few hundred meters of the train station which makes it an easy walk and also means that the access to transportation around Geneva and beyond is good. I stayed for business at the university and found the hotel very convenient. My only complaint is that one morning the coffee machine was not working and the staff wanted to cancel breakfast entirely on this account which seemed unreasonable.

I often use Accor hotels when I travel for work or for holydays and normally I'm happy with the service, except this time.I booked the hotel for 2 nights and there were works everywhere, it was really impossible to sleep after 9,00h,,,it looked like to be in a wolrd war.The breakfast area was at the reception, few and sad tables. anyway the reception were nice and professional.Ok, there was some informations on the webiste but how can you pretend to ask 200fr for a room when you can't sleep??

Whilst we were not initially impressed with this hotel, the longer we stayed there the more we got to like it. Why? It's is a very convenient location and we all slept very well.The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were good value.

Actually we had a bad experience at Ibis Paris Gare Du Nord Chateau Landon. After Paris, we stayed for one night at this Hotel which seemed better than Ibis Paris Gare Du Nord Chateau Landon. Not much to say, but the staff was quite helpful and courteous.

Stayed in Geneva for one night - actual hotel is clean & comfortable, but location is not the best. Also, directions to the hotel from the train station were not clear - take care you don't try to book into the Salvation Army Hostel next door.

This is a standard chain type hotel on the margin of a fairly seedy area. It has all the basic facilities you would expect for a "budget" price in an expensive city. No real outstanding features good or bad.

Had a little difficulty locating hotel from train station, you need to head out the main exit on the lake side and bear to the right. Staff was OK, but not over courteous. Rooms was clean. We were on upper floor so traffic noise was not an issue. Location seemed safe, we walked back after 10 PM and did not feel threatened or concerned. Did not eat the breakfast. This hotel was suitable for our needs which was a hotel for a night before flying home from which we could easily walk to the waterfront.

normal for its price, it should have been a little cheaper as 3 stars. Situated ver good but needs to have WIFI in each room and extra TV channels. The service is very good and the receptionists are very helpful.

Standard Ibis hotel with a good location close to the railwaystation. Just a short walk down to the sea. Smal but clean room. Very helpful staff. You get a free Geneva transport Card that is valid for the entire stay. Free wifi in the reception and it also works on the first floor.

"I would like to stay in this same hotel again when coming to Geneva next time"

The hotel locates in the central Geneval,just several minutes to the Central station and the Geneva lake.The staff of the hotel are very friendly!There is a small bed for my seven-year-old son,it's very helpful.
