Staff Ms Ina has delivered lots of information during my stay, she is pleasant and keep smiling all the time. She help us to call transfer from hotel to airport. The hotel are well located and easy to go everywhere.

Average stay, coffee machine broken at breakfast, breakfast average, room average. As a Gold Accor member should have had the Gold benefits. None where delivered.

Disappointing stay

Disappointed Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

I have been staying at this hotel consistently when I have been visiting family. It is well located and has been clean with a comfortable bed. On this stay I was very disappointed. The aircon turned off after approx 10 to 15 mins. I called reception and was advised it was because of no movement in the room and there were sensors in the door so if I opened and closed it, the aircon would work again. I was told this would only happen during the day and not overnight. So I opened and closed the door and the aircon started working again. Overnight it did not stay on but continued to turn off. I thought that maybe it would stay on eventually. I had extremely poor sleep waking up sweating. Sometimes I would open and close the door to turn the aircon back on and other times I would fall asleep as I take medication which makes me extremely drowsy overnight.
