No coffee machine in room, tea not replenished, a/c turns off when you leave room and is long to cool. Breakfast coffee is ok. restaurant food was very nice and service excellent.

Additionally, we are delighted to know that you enjoyed the culinary experience at our restaurants and that our service met your expectations. However, we regret that your stay with us was not entirely satisfactory due to some issues related to your room and the amenities offered. We would like to clarify that amenities such as the Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobe, and slippers are available starting from the Premium Deluxe City View category. For future stays, we suggest considering this option to fully enjoy these and other additional facilities. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to explain that our rooms are equipped with an automated system that manages energy consumption by turning off some equipment when the room is vacant as part of our ongoing efforts towards sustainable development. This commitment is part of Accor's values, and at Pullman Ibirapuera, we strive to care for the environment and local communities through various initiatives. Regarding the breakfast issue, after thorough verification of your reservation, we've confirmed that breakfast was not included. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
