Our stay was pleasant, chosen for the location. Hotel is undergoing a refurbish and once finished it will be comfortable stay. Room was adequate, bathroom needs a total upgrade, not just a half refit as has been done. Beds comfortable and no traffic noise.

Although I am a gold accor member and generally stay every 6 weeks for up to 4 nights, I was pushed aside for international guests stay for 2 nights.I was not upgraded as part of my deal and when I questioned this I was told bad luck we are full.

"Good value property"

Tidy rooms, good location (only 5-10 mins from Olympic Park), good service. The reception was open 24 hours a day and were generally very friendly and always gave a smile. Although there were some strange machinery type noises that we could never work out what they were.

We had a very good stay at this place for two nights; very centrally located (if you have a car) and opposite shopping complex;Great rooms and when booked on a 'deal rate' they are absolute value for moneyWe will definitely consider staying again
