"Why this hotel is not worthy of staying at!"

The rooms are clean but look like they are straight out of the early 80's. They desperately need to be updated! The hot water was more like luke warm and the bathroom again need some serious TLC! The only highlights for and Anglofone were CNN, AC and Internet (which was super slow!). It was at best a 2 star hotel sporting an attitude of a 5 star. The staff was incompetent on so many levels. Telling me that they couldn't book me as a walk in with no reservation for two nights. They gave me a room for the first night and told me to come back the following morning to see if there were any open rooms. The place has over 200 rooms! So, I went online and booked a room. When I showed them the confirmation number they forced me to return to the room and bring my wife's computer down with the email open to prove that I had indeed booked the room rather then them must typing in the reservation number! Also, DONT EAT THE BREAKFAST! The food was nasty! My wife and I stayed on a Saturday night and had to pay the 50 dollar fee to eat it. I had a huge lizard poo next to my fork and there were flies all over the restaurant. Honestly, for being the best hotel in Lome and in all of Togo, it's just not worth the stay unless you have no other options.

"Average hotel with great potentials"

The Hotel requires renovation and upgrade of the facilities. The beach after the poolside smells and this should be added attraction for guests.Why is it that all TV stations are in French? Majority of the staff especially room service cannot speak English! As a tourist location, multiple lingua should be encouraged. So also should some TV channels, apart from CNN and Supersports3, be in English
