A lot errors during my check in

I paid for 3 nights and the man at the counter just booked 2 nights. I asked to get the bill directly but he told me it was impossible, he said I will receive it when I leave. Fortunately two days after I asked again other colleagues and it's at that moment they realised the mistakes of the 1st man. They were not surprised, this man used to make a lot of mistakes and seems a liar. It bring me some stress. On top of that I don't get fidelity points for my third nights...
