I have stayed in this hotel September 11-14 and was totally satisfied. The hotel was quiet, sometimes it seems only us and receptionists are there :) The location seems to be strange in the evening - lot of dark people - maybe only feeling from movies watching :P - but nothing had happened and we were not afraid of anything, the metro is really 20m from the hotel door. Good connection with CDG airport, Gare du Nord, and so on, 20-25 minutes to the right heart of Paris. I was a bit disappointed by previous ratings about breakfast - but the reality! Breakfast is perfect! Baguettes, bread, cakes, jams, honey, milk, youghurt, pancakes and tortilla - perfect choice!! :), coffee, tea, juices - really appreciated this breakfast - although the ladies in dining room can smile more than they did. I tried to grab a spoon of honey 2 minutes before the closing, but she was a bit rude annoying it is time to close! Beds are fine, we have a twin bed and sofa - sofa was a bit harder, but after long walking in Paris it was nice to sleep in good bed. 200m cca is supermarket Franprix - really good choice and possibility to buy fresh baguettes and other stuff until 22,00! Wi-fi was perfect! Really recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back sometimes.

Stayed for 3 nights with wife and small child. Very good quality and spacious room. Abdelghani at Reception was very helpful always with his good sense of humour. Hotel is just outside Eglise de Pantin Metro station. So getting to Paris sights is very easy. Franprix supermarket is just 100 metres away from hotel. So you can save a lot of money on food if you buy stuff there. Absolutely no complaint at all about the hotel!

The hotel is located very near to a subway station which, with a three day train pass, gives an easy commute to all the famous monuments..

Nice little IBIS in the N/E of Paris suburbs.Staff were very helpful - we had a delivery of work materials to the hotel which they were very helpful with and professional. Friendly helpful staff - thank you to you all! rooms were quite big and clean. Some noise from bus stop to rear etc but not terrible...it is Paris after all, have to expect some noise.I was pleased with my choice here and colleagues pleased too. Area: Opposite a pleasant old church, couple of eating choices nearby ....but not much. Good curry house down the road about 200 metres! Hotel has a small bar, no restaurant. Safe area (it seemed quite safe) which is good to know.

Although a bit out of the center of Paris, this is a good location for the occasional visitor. Parking is available, and the Metro is convenient to the hotel. I always stay here when visiting Paris.
