We were welcomed promptly with excellent customer service. Everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay. The breakfast was excellent. Melinda on the front desk was exceptional , excellent customer service.

The hotel was well situated - although not the fault of the hotel a taxi was 20e for the 700m journey. The shuttle bus had already finished when we arrived. The hotel is looking tired and the breakfast area and entrance were very unclean. The room was clean and the hotel fulfilled the request to have two rooms next to each other. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
