When I arrived at the hotel. Ms. Jinni and Ms. Buu greeted and welcomed me warmly. They come over and offer me a welcome drink and some nibbles. Thank you, Mr. Tony, for arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my belated birthday. I requested an early check-in, and the process went quite smoothly. The room was clean and pleasant. Great location with a breathtaking view of the city. Thank you again, Ms. Buu, Ms. Jinni, and Mr. Tony, for your professionalism and dedication. I had a wonderful stay in your hotel.

I have been waiting for this email to show our appreciation to your staff. Thier friendly, caring and consitent service was exceptional. They put us first and made sure we were comfortable in our stay from beginning to end. You have now spoilt us and set a standard which I think will be hard to meet. I would especially like to acknowledge both Thu and Thanh at the prioirty welcome for accor members. If there is an internal recongintion of any sort or any one I can email to let them know how great they were. please let me know. Whoever has trained them, they have done them and the sofitel brand proud. Exceptional, caring and accomadating. Thank you, once again for everything. Service was great. Room was nice, bright and very clean. Only weird thing was that the appliances (hair dryer & kettle) came in 2 pin plugs whereas the hotel provides 3 pin sockets. So we needed to ask for an adaptor (which came super fast)

I came to Ho Chi Minh City when the weather was really hot so I decided to go to a random hotel that came into my sight when I was walking around the city to use their swimming pool service and I chose to step into Sofitel. It was really surprise that their swimming pool is located on the rooftop (I didn't expect that), the view is stunning and they also serve food and drinks, omg I was so hungry at that time. What I really enjoyed was that the staff were extremely friendly, they took the time to chat patiently and suggest food and drinks for me. Luckily I found out their names are Thong, Binh and Huong (I hope I spelled the letters correctly), thanks guys for making my vacation more complete and memorable.

Had a walk around the city and decided to drop by at Sofitel, then i saw this bar called B or Boudor. This place is nice but alittle cold, they have variety of food and drinks. Shout out to Harry and Thuy for their good service to me and others guests, staffs here are very friendly too. 谢谢
