window was not sealed proprly, so some noise has been listened. Window needs new gascet. Food was fresh and tasty.

The hotel is conveniently situated on the bus route from the Airport to the station and only one block away from the promenade and sea.Easy trip from station ,where the bus stops, to Monte Carlo.Unfortunately no good restuarants in close proximity but the area is clean and safe near hospital and pharmacy.
"Good basic accomodation"

Good basic and clean accommodation. Close to the beach and the bus to take you to the centre of Nice. Good value for the money paid but do not expect any extras. It is a room and bathroom only. Room size was bigger than some more expensive hotels. Breakfast is not worth it. Some cereal, hot drinks, bread and jam. Parking is across the road in a public car park. Costs €22 for 24 hours.
"Not the right choice"

Fast service for recovery of toalet seat, but climatization was very bad-don't climatized room, stoped at the night - can't sleep normal. We was visit more than 10 different hotels Etap before, this is the first with VERY BAD brekfast - NOTHING to eat for some money. No need to offer if you can't give a normal service. Near to the hotel have a places with cheapest croasans adn good coffee for the half price. Very disappointed. From all hotels ETAP what we visit for last 10 years this is the worst.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very basic but very clean. Great location close to beach and easy access to bus. It would be nice if hair dryer was available even if only by calling housekeeping to have it brought to room.

In this ETAP i had a good overall experience, except for the reception desk which didn't seem to care that much compared to other ETAPs I passed by, and the parking, which is in the other side of the street.

The hotel was pretty clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. The only downside was the location, 10 minute drive from the center of the city and didn't have a parking lot. We had to pay for the car in a parking lot located across the street, although wasn't too bad. Otherwise, I would definitively recommend this hotel!
