Good food, bad smell

The room had a persistent damp musty smell, which was disgusting in the bathroom. Despite asking housekeeping to clean it thoroughly, it still smelled bad for my stay's duration and really ruined what should have been a great trip.

1. We have been going to the Novotel for 20 years and noticed the quality of the food particularly breakfast lacking quality and variety. It reminded us of Ibis food. There was no signs up for the different food in different sections. 2. I'm not sure why in the suburbs, parking is not included as once was. Like Chadstone shopping centre uses free parking as a drawcard to get people to shop there.
