the whole stay was an excellent experience. staff very helpful and professional (except for the guy behind the bar on friday night who appeared more concerned with flirting with some customer). rooms were great nice and comfy and got a good sleep. easy to get to and easy to park. plenty of shops, little restaurants and bars withina coupe of hundred yards. and handy for the Dandenongs!

Love the convenience of great food (I think 6 Restaurants to choose from!), entertainment (Cinemas and Gold Class Cinemas and pokies) and Nice Clean Accomidation all in the one complex, and a couple more cafes etc in the neighboring street. Without the over populated feel of the city. :)

The Hotel is well situated and in close proximity to some good restaurants. The bathroom although clean was quite dated. Staff friendly but not enough staff on at checkout.

The service in the hotel was great and very friendly, room was clean and well maintained. The only real issue hat arose on my stay was even though I booked a stay 3 pay 2 deal I got charged for the 3 nights, then got a phone call later to refund my credit card, it would have been nicer if it was all done upfront, having said that even this was rectified swiftly and was still appreciated.

Can't fault it. Everything from the room, the service and the restaurant was spot on. I asked for a late check out and there wasn't a problem. Check in was easy. The room was spacious and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable. Cleaning service was polite and efficient.The location was great. Fantastic eating places right out the front door. Movie Theater only 100 metres way. Great for everything.

The Hotel has great facilities, plus surrounding Restaurants in the Novotel Complex are excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and only too willing to help in any way to make our stay complete. The only comment I would make is I think Breakfast should go until 10.30 a.m. I have stayed at many Hotels in Australia and World wide and Breakfast is always till 10.30 a.m. When we arrived for Breakfast at 9.50 a.m. we were told that we would have to hurry our Breakfast and be out A.S.A.P. This hotel is only avout 20 mins from the centre of Melbourne and is great value for money. It is centrally located within Glen Waverley next to the movie theatre, restaurants and a major shopping centre. I also has a great little swimming pool and gym.

Front office staff very co-operative as reservation had to be cancelled then re-instated due to floods. Lighting in room could have been brighter. An easy to get at power outlet close to the beds would be good for those with CP sleep machines etc. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in room and bathroom. The Staff are all so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Would have liked a lounge or couch in the lounge part of our suite. Very comfy beds and well stocked bar and amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping centre. Food in the in house restaurant was surprisingly great with a gourmet touch.

This is my 2nd time we're staying at Novotel Glen Waverly. The staff are very friendly and helpful making our stay there most pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of restaurants right behind the hotel serving a wide variety of food. Dan Murphy selling great variety of wine at very reasonable prices are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and good size.

Enjoyed our stay and and service was outstanding. Everything was spot on. We dined in the restaurant and found it to be excellent. The room was quiet with no noise. Hotel was handy to the freeway and tourist drive in the Dandenong ranges.

Great motel facilities, kids love the indoor pool to relax, beautiful buffet breakfast in dining room and friendly, helpful staff. Have stayed here quite a few times with the family. Walk outside the motel into the restaurant & cinema area very handy with kids and walk to the shopping centre. Would stay here again!

We have stayed at the Novotel Glen before, and we really like it. The room is spacious, and nicely fitted.Unfortunately, the staff at the front counter usually seem to be preoccupied, and give us the feeling they have better things to be doing with their time than attend to us at the front counter..... As unsettling as that is on check in, we quickly get over it, because the Hotel does offer lots to enjoy.Karryn

The hotel is a good hotel, I stay here a lot and it has everything you need. The only downside to this hotel is that the aircon is not very good, if you get cold and want the room warm then put a jumper on as the aircon never gets hot despite turning the dial to the red bar symbols on the control.This is a good place to stay and I will continue to use this as my hotel when visiting Melbourne for work.
