I upgraded to the Suite, and will find it hard to stay in any other room. As usual the room was clean and well appointed. Even to sit in the desk chair for a long time was comfortable.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area for Business.

I have to travel for work, and spend a lot of time in hotels. This hotel has been refurbished and looks great. There is a great choice of places to eat and things to next door!. Really enjoyed being able to relax. Thanks go to the Staff who were very welcoming.View management response »

"Bad night's sleep"

Unfortunately our stay at the Novotel Glen Waverly was spoiled by very noisy and disruptive guests next door. The design of our room meant that there was an adjoining door that let light and a lot of noise through from the next room. It felt like and sounded like these other guests were in our room. The night manager did a good job to quieten them but too late for a decent and private night's sleep. Little interest was shown at reception when we checked out in the morning.View management response »

"Value for money"

Clean and value for money. Location is excellent with plenty of shops nearby. Parking at $10 per day is reasonable. We stayed for one night en-route to Mansfield/Mt Buller. Wish the corridor would not be with so many lights.View management response »

"Home away from Home"

We always stay at the Novotel Glen Waverley . It is close to the meetings we go to and everything else we could want. As we come from the country my husband doesn't like driving in the city so once at the hotel we can walk to the shops and restaurants. My husband has mild OCD and requires a very high standard of cleanliness to be able to relax and feel comfortable at the Novotel he feels very much at home. The staff are friendly and welcoming , the rooms clean and quiet, everything at your finger tips.View management response »

"One of the best in the Eastern Suburbs"

Very convenient - lots of restaurants and cafes around, besides a cinema and about 5-10 minutes walk to the railway station, for those who do not have a car. Our room was facing the roof top but overall, a neat and clean room. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and water !!View management response »

As a Kmart employee, I'm interstate every fortnight staying at the Accor group hotels, the service desk and bar staff should be commended on there high service level.The staff servicing breakfast needs improving, we had 4 different people servicing us and had to wait 10 minutes plus for a cup of tea, I hope this helps.View management response »

Our stay, though brief, was very comfortable. The hotel is well presented and in a great location. The staff are pleasant and very accommodating and the renovation seems money well spent. The cheaper rated parking for Accor members is a great option.The price of the breakfast buffet seems a little excessive given the proximity to so many other eateries....Thank-you.View management response »
