Stay and service was good. Clean rooms. Main dishes for the breakfast had same options every day. It will be good to have different more options or different style cuisine.

Great facilities, breakfast, dinner, customer service and price of stay. The hotel also really looks after Platinum Accor guests.

A brilliant stay including a brilliant birthday dinner for our family member. The dessert platter for our mother in laws bday was absolutely gorgeous. We loved, loved, loved that the pool was indoor, actually heated and warm and ws accessible 24/7 - brilliant. We so loved the jaz music playing in the pool area it made for a lovely memory being made. Breakfast was excellent and it was so great that it ran till 11 and thank you for the lovely presents for us as Accor platinum members. The room upgrade took us to a really spacious room and thank you for lovely customer service for us and our family at dinner and then for us over our stay. Thank you.

Staying at Novotel Glen Waverly was excellent. Staff at checkin were great, room was good, staff in dining room were great and the breakfast was excellent. Pool was really good though only shallow but great to relax in after a busy day

Enjoyable stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast from 6am would be ideal as many workers start at 7am

Shower to small. Surcharge on credit card. Have to pay for parking. Bar prices are to high. Look our widow at shop roofs. All of these things did not make our stay enjoyable.

Regarding the shower size, we understand the importance of comfort. Please be informed that we have started the process of upgrading our showers already. Regarding the view from the room, our rooms with twin beds are not advertised for their views but as bed configuration. Unfortunately, the credit card surcharges and parking fee are in line with the industry. We hope to be able to welcome you back and make your stay more enjoyable.
