was pretty good - room was clean and the staff really nice . Room was noisy due to the metro (nothing you can do about it) the shower in the handicap room created a floading everywhere

While the rooms are small, they are nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Variety and quality are nice. And very close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees... Our stay was really nice.

I had 2 of my guests which were stuck in the lift for more than 40Minutes. The receptionist didn't even know how to do first intervention. It was a traumatizing experience for them.

Like all the hotels, Accor we are obliged to a strict maintenance certified by the technicians we work with. We are deeply sorry about what occurred with our guests. Our receptionist, promptly called the lift maintenance, as depending of the situations, we are not allowed to open the lif doors.
