An excellent hotel, well situated on the coastline in Biarritz. Very good service, rooms and facilities.

This is a good hotel, but my visit was spoiled on this occasion by 2 problems. Firstly, my room became smokey when I opened the windows because the hotel staff, particularly from the hotel spar, took their smoking breaks immediately below my window.Secondly, one lunchtime the internal bar was closed at lunchtime and it was only possible to take lunch down by the pool, and the normal lunchtime menu was suspended. There was also a subsequent problem with the buffet option taken in those circumstances, which I had to complain about, and ultimately resolved with one of the hotel managers.
